Miller Paint Co. recognizes the importance of a benefits program that provides
high-level protection to employees and their families, while also continuing education and awareness so we all become better-educated consumers of our benefits.  As an employee owned company, the benefits that we have are an important part of our total compensation package.  They provide for ongoing medical, dental, prescription and vision care.

Our comprehensive benefits program has been created to fulfill a wide range of needs and to provide an effective benefits package for our employees and their families.

Premiums for medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage is all done on a pre-tax basis, so premiums are tax-free.

Medical Insurance: Must be employed at Full-Time Status

• Eligibility is effective on the first day of the first month following the completion of three full calendar months of employment.
• Coverage is also available for spouse/eligible children/domestic partners.

Dental Insurance:  Must be employed at Full-Time Status

• Eligibility is the same as Medical Insurance
• Routine examinations
• X-rays
• Cleaning of teeth
• Extractions
• Crowns/Bridges
• Replacement of existing full or partial dentures

Vision Insurance:  Must be employed at Full-Time Status

• Eligibility is the same as Medical Insurance
• Eye exam once every 24 months.
• Lenses, frames and contact lenses are covered up to the maximum payable benefit.
